KID ROCK: The Music Man … My Secret Identity

 

The Music Man
Music that  stems from his heart will give comfort. Music that stems from his soul will give connection.    But there is no other feeling when it comes from both. When I listen to the lyrics of the songs about his life, I get a picture almost like television in my mind. In the more controversy days of his lyrics,  its a sense of my  being in the same place that gives me that connection and  realization.
It is having the same ability of being able to fly after standing up for what you believe in.
Without question.
His life sort of merged into mine as if it had always been ~ …then  I remembered why
Robert Ritchie  (Kid Rock)  turned out to be my Secret Identity.
Superman was born on the planet Krypton. He was surrounded by the same element
that weakens him on the earth.
In the Heavens the same is true for God.   All people are Gods strength.  Just as Superman, when God is on the earth , people to God are like  kryptonite.
They become the weakening power from  the same power that gives strength. It is the alter (same as in church) that gives the alternating current of strength.
Kid Rock is my Clark Kent. He gives me strength when I get weak. He keeps me strong when am I strong.
This isn’t just as people know him but it is as he is Robert Ritchie.
I am my own living proof that music did save the immortal soul.
Clark Kent and Superman are one man. But identified as two.  Kid Rock is my secret idenity to me.
It has nothing to do with is public image as  a Rock Star. Although it does give the universal connection of star power.
It has everything to do with who he is  as Robert James  Ritchie from the inside. I have not yet
seen him perform in person…but I know this in my heart and the core of the same soul.
He has saved my life in the past  (and he is aware of this), but I have never been able to tell
him thank you in person.   He really is My SECRET IDENTITY…
Now as he turns 40,  he has more of a sense of who he is. He is no longer trying to find a place in the world while making sure nothing stands in his way. He is now, standing firm on who he is in ways as in to his beliefs, family, America, and God. If you were to put those in a place of importance, it would all be number one!
He has become more worldly, instead of one that wants to take on the world. He stands with a very proud foundation of who he is and what he can do for this world not just in music but in many other things. If almost as if the world is coming to him now.
Kid Rock is a man with a lot of heart and Bob Ritchie is the same man with a lot of love and trust and beliefs that are from those roots of reality. Most people couldn’t even fake to recognize.

I know that we share a secret that is becoming known…maybe before  the world becomes all crazed and lost…  It will have that chance.

It would do the world so much good- that you could witness the difference.
